On the afternoon of August 19, the Party Committee of My Thoi Ward (An Giang Province) successfully held the 1st Congress of Delegates for the 2025–2030 term, marking a new development milestone in the orientation towards becoming a model urban area. The Congress was attended and directed by Mr. Pham Hoang Nam, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Head of the Organizing Committee of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee.

Pioneering AI Kiosk Application – A Technological Highlight of the Congress

One of the most outstanding highlights of the event was that the Party Committee of My Thoi Ward became the first unit in An Giang Province to pioneer the application of AI Kiosk technology in organizing the Congress. This was a breakthrough step, demonstrating the vision and determination of the locality in implementing modernization and enhancing professionalism.

The AI Kiosk system helped the Congress run faster, more efficiently, and more accurately than ever. Instead of performing traditional procedures, delegates only needed to follow simple steps:

  • Scan QR code or citizen ID card at the device.
  • The system automatically records attendance and verifies delegate information.
  • Provides guidance to the correct seating position, saving time and ensuring order.

The application of technology not only created a highlight and modern aspect for the Congress, but also conveyed a strong message: activities of Party organizations can be completely digitalized to better serve the goal of development.

Future of Modernized Management

The successful application of the AI Kiosk at the Party Congress of My Thoi Ward opens up great prospects for the digitalization of administrative activities. This model proved effective in terms of speed and professionalism, and it can be replicated in many localities.

Applying smart technology not only streamlines the system but also contributes to building an electronic government platform, moving towards an administrative system that is transparent, dynamic, and people-centered providing better services for citizens.
